The artist describes his style as “illuministic” and “in the tradition of the Hudson River paintings Thomas Cole, Frederick Church and George Inness.” Robert Hamblen is the recipient of over 100 awards for excellence. The original hand made walnut frame measures 13 x 11.5 inches; the painting, which is oil on board, measures 9 x 10 inches. Signed at lower right, excellent original condition.
