Antique cast iron prancing horse penny still bank on pebble base. It was made circa 1900 by Arcade and Williams. It measures 7 inches high and retains its original black painted surface. Some gentle wear commensurate with its age. A. C. Williams was founded in 1886 by Adam Clark Williams in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. After a fire, the company moved to Ravenna, Ohio, commencing production in 1893. It was one of many cast iron manufacturers of the time that included Hubley, Dent, Kilgore, Arcade, and Kenton. A. C.
