Sylvan Kocher & Cie was founded in Grenchen in 1918; the company moved to Selzach in 1922. Eska is one of the Swiss company's registered brand names. This extra-thin watch is one eighth of an inch thick. The face cover is a 1904 American twenty dollar gold coin. The face features Roman numerals. The movement has 17 jewels. The coin is 1 and three-eighths inches in diameter. Made circa 1960-70. There is a very minor quarter-inch crease at 9 o'clock. It does not affect the release of the cover.
