This mark was registered to Martha Budich in Kronach, which is a picturesque medieval walled city in eastern Germany. Martha Budich is described in Robert E. Rontgen's Marks on German, Bohemian, and Austrian Porcelain 1710 to the Present, as a porcelain decorating shop, date of establishment unknown, and date of closure in 1977. The particular font style of this mark was not used before the 1930's. The candleholders were produced "blank" in a Dresden factory, and decorated and retailed by Martha Budich. Each candle holder measures 10 and one half inches by 6 inches tall and 3 and one half inches wide.
