There are 3 images of this item.
The statue is a bronze reproduction of Mercury made by F Barbedienne Fondeur. My understanding is it was a foundry in France which made high quality Greek and Roman replicas in the 1830- early 1900s. This bronze sculpture is from the 1850-1880 period. The statue is 35 inches tall with a 5 inch high black marble base
