Pair of John Doane Coin silver teaspoons Boston 1733 to 1767, this pair of "John Doane" coin silver teaspoons are 15 grams each and 5 and three quarters inches long. The condition is not the best.One spoon has a cracked bowl and they both have nicks and marks but they would make a great filler for any period American coin silver collection from this rare pre revolutionary period of American silver design.John Doane Lived in Boston and Cohasset his shop was on Mackerel lane in 1760. He retired to Barbados where he died.
