Vintage solid maple and tiger maple harvest table hand made by Classics in Wood Ashford, CT, circa 1980. The top has bread board ends and the base is finished in black paint. All hand made. Note: beneath the top there are slots to slide in extension leaves, but the owners of this table did not have any made. Excellent condition. "They Still Make Them Like They Used To" by Dan Uhlinger, Hartford Courant reporter, 11/9/1987, to read more about master craftsman Gerry Dunphy, the maker of this table. They are no longer being made. Measures 72 inches long by 34 5.5 inches wide by 29 inches high.
