Vintage H. C. Rowe and Co's. Oysters enamel on tin street sign. Fair Haven, CT, circa 1920. Enameled on both sides in white and green. Very good original condition with some enamel loss at the edges, as shown in the detail images, to be expected on outdoor advertising signs from this era. It measures 16.5 x 12.5 inches. H. C. Rowe and Company was famous for its oysters, harvested from over 600 acres of of the best native Connecticut oyster beds.
